Labour & Love undertakes contentious and non contentious employment law advice and acts as a consultant (non-solicitor).

Our team are accountable to our professional membership body, and it will investigate whether there has been a failure to comply with any of the rules which apply to us. If they find that the complaint is justified, it apply a sanction on that individual member and ultimately can suspend their membership. CONSULTANCY FEES  

Labour & Love does not provide banking services. Payment for our services is calculated on a case by case basis. Clients shall be invoiced in advance of Labour & Love carrying out any work on a client's instructions.

We reserve the right to charge additional fixed fees where the scope of a client's instructions materially change subsequent to the client settling our invoice.
